Editing an image means applying changes to it in some form, so to edit, you need to open the file. You have many ways to edit an image besides Photoshop.
You can apply an adjustment layer (explained in Chapter 18) or make a copy of the image and apply your changes to it. You can also use one of the many image-editing tools included with Photoshop for minor changes.
If you work with digital photos, you need to have an image editing program of some kind. Consider using Adobe Photoshop or Photoshop Elements as a starting place. If you’re new to photography, consider sticking with the basics to save money or get familiar with the program before considering investing in a high-end version. 1. Adjust brush size, fill and effects
Effects and brushes let you create special shapes, patterns, and textures that you can apply to images.
In order to create an effect or brush, first you need to open an image.
Open the image you wish to edit.
Select the “Effects” tab from the top menu bar.
Click on “Brush” icon located at the bottom of the effects panel.
Below that icon is a slider with “Size”, “Opacity” and “Effects”.
Tweak brush size, fill opacity and number of brush presets (effects) to your liking.
You can edit brushes and effects in the “Brushes” tab.
2. Simple optical effects
In order to enhance a photo, the best options are Lens Blur, Vanishing Point, and Lens Correction.
Open the image and select a photo filter from the menu bar or press Ctrl+I to open the filter.
You can choose from 6 filter effects.
Apply a filter by pressing Ctrl+Shift+I and select a different effect or use the brightness tool to correct color.
You can also apply filters to the entire image.
You can adjust the filters in the “Filter” tab.
3. Automatic image enhancement
Use the auto-enhance option to auto-enhance images with a self-learning algorithm.
Open a photo or a folder of photos and select “Auto” from the menu bar.
You can use filters to apply a different style to a photo, or you can choose a single filter from the list.
Press Ctrl+Shift+I to enable a different filter style or select a custom style from the menu.

You can adjust a style’s settings, or you can select from 11 styles like “Casual”, “Nature”, “Smooth”, “Miniature”, “Grunge”, “Bold”, “Petite”, “Chromatic”, “Cool”, “Soft”, “Tilt-shift” and “Vintage”.

Fixing issue of event not firing on my asp.net page
I have a function on a asp.net button click. I am trying to figure out why my event does not fire. I have made sure that the trigger is set up right. I have an invisible edit box in the page that shows when it is clicked. If I click the button, it fires as expected. If i hit F5 to refresh, it no longer works. I have no idea why the event does not fire. Any ideas?
