Package your SVG files into a SCAL library file to add to the Shapes Library/Tab in Sure Cuts A Lot (version 2/3).
Using Lib It Up is quite simple. All you have to do is follow these steps:
1. Click Add File or Add Folder to add SVG files you wish to package into a single Library file. The added files will appear in the list of files in the main window
2. The shapes window will show the grid of buttons, showing how the library will look when added to “Sure Cuts A Lot 2”. Click on any shape in the table, and a larger preview size will appear in the Preview window
3. To export the files enter the name of the library. This is the name that will appear in the “Sure Cuts A Lot 2” interface and will also be the filename of the exported library file. Click Export or File -> Export. This will prompt you to choose a location to save the exported library file (.lcut2)

The algorithm reads the SVG file and then summarizes it to produce a single black and white line drawing of the entire SVG file in about 2 minutes.
The resulting file can be used in “Sure Cuts A Lot 2” to simulate a “black and white line drawing” for any vector image.
In “Sure Cuts A Lot 2”, the resulting library image will appear in the library “tab”, under the “Single Image” group of shapes. The “Other” list will provide several options to export the library file, including a GIF format version.

Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL) as a DHTML and AJAX based system, allows “clients” to easily create, manage, edit and publish their own content without having to hire a programmer.
SCAL was originally built in pure XHTML and CSS in 1999, before DHTML and AJAX came on the scene. This means that it is simple and easy to use, virtually bug free and the system is not software-dependent like other CMS systems. These documents are protected by copyright, all rights are reserved, all documents may only be used for private or academic purposes. Nicola Sturgeon has been made the butt of a joke after the country’s interim UK government was named “Scotlands”.
A report published by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Economic and Financial Affairs has compiled the ridiculous names that the EU finds itself forced to name its member states as they continue their transition from the idea of a European Union of 27 member states to the one of 28.
The report released on Tuesday names the UK’s as “Scotlands”, not “United Kingdom”, and is a move which has been widely criticised in the UK, and former First Minister Sturgeon has branded the decision as “even more absurd than a four-handed round of golf”.

“I’m grateful for your assurance that the Scottish government’s comments on the Commission’s communication have been taken into account,” she added.
“And on Scotlands, please could you confirm if this designation will be applied to all 28 member states?”
The EU report also names the UK as “the Republic of Suffolk”, “the Republic of Oxfordshire” and “the Republic of Arran and Bute”.
It highlights the “high costs to individuals in terms of currency exchange rate losses, delays in payments and administrative burden” of the transition to the euro, in addition to “the absence of an integrated political structure in which governments share sovereignty”.Q:

In the field above, enter the folder and filename where you want to save the shaded, exported library file (.lcut2).
If you want to automatically save out a palette of grouped shapes, click File->Export and choose a Folder from the dropdown menu. I recommend the same folder where your initial SVG files are. To make the export a “batch” and just export everything on one line, click File->Export and choose Single Exported File (.lcut).
Lib It Up Version 2
This is an older version that works with SCAL 3. Since the button shortcut has changed, there is now a hotkey of gt.
Lib It Up Version 3
This newer version automatically groups your customized palette into a library folder. It adds the Palette Manager to the SCAL interface, automatically exports your entire library file, and allows you to use an export for only the shapes in your palette that you do not use again. To use this version, download and install the latest version of Sure Cuts A Lot and then follow these steps:
1. Click on the “goto” tab above the File menu
2. Click on the “Library Manager”
3. Click on the “Install” button
4. Click “Install”
5. Click “Ok” on the screen that opens.
6. Click “Ok” on the screen that asks for you to overwrite or replace existing folders.
This file requires SCAL 3.
I am currently working on a “Lib It Up” file that groups Shapes for you into separate files that are grouped into a palette file for you. Once this is done, please, let me know that it works for you so I can add this to the site.
This is a minor update to the group tool, and includes some new editor options. Many thanks to those of you who have contributed. Without further ado, here’s the updated group tool:
• Added an option to the Group Tool to allow you to delete shared shapes in a Group.
• Fixed a limitation that would cause the Group to close if its last shape was made single on the non-grouped version of SHOP.
• Fixed an error that would occur when trying to export a Group and the shapes were locked.
• Various minor bug fixes.
• Now fixes an error that would occur if you edited the Group’s shared Shape layers and tried to save the Group.
What’s New in the?
Lib It Up is a tool for helping to manage and organize SVG files.
Add SVG files to a library, and then rearrange them and export them at one go.
* Entries added to the library will appear in a table that shows the total number of library entries, and also the number of shapes that can be cut or copied.
* Exports will be one file that contains the library itself, and the individual files of the shapes in it.
* Export Progress Information: The export progress information can be accessed by right clicking on the Export icon on the left side of the window. The exported file will show the percent of the total progress, and also the parts of the file.
* Drag and drop files from your computer’s hard drive onto the Lib It Up window.
* Choose a directory for your files from the Options button.
* Lib It Up should support SVG files from Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
