* **CS: Start with CS6** : You can get Photoshop CS6 Essentials, which includes Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop Elements and Photoshop Lightroom, and optionally Adobe InDesign.
You can buy just Photoshop CS6 or CS6 Essentials. However, CS6 Essentials is a much better choice for beginners because it gives you the best bits of the CS6 suite with the basics and a good working knowledge. You can learn more about purchasing Adobe software through the web site (www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/buy/).
The installation process is very simple if you’re running Windows 7 and Windows 8. Just download the DVD (for Windows 7), or the ISO (for Windows 8 or higher), mount it, and then launch the installer. (If you’re running Mac OS X or Linux, you can download the ZIP file from www.adobe.com/photoshop/tutorials/.)
Once you get past the “license agreement” screens, the rest of the installation is easy and straightforward. So it’s a good idea to do it while you’re watching TV, or even better, while your kids are asleep.
After you’ve finished installing the software, let’s see how to get started.

Photochemical DNA damage of nucleosides and nucleotides with the nucleoside 5′-monophosphate in solution.
The photochemical reaction of DNA, nucleoside 5′-monophosphates, and nucleoside 5′-monophosphate derivatives with acetylacetone (Ac2O) has been investigated by means of 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The reaction produces a reaction adduct identical to that formed by oxidative interaction of nucleic acid bases with nucleic acid bases or nucleic acid bases with acetylacetone. The addition of Ac2O to 5′-monophosphates gives similar reaction products as when nucleic acid bases are added. Thus, addition of Ac2O to the ribose 2′-position produces ribose 7-(Ac2O)-adenine 1′-monophosphate (A-Ac2O-AMP) as well as ribose 7-(Ac2O)-guanine 1′-monophosphate (G-Ac2O-GMP), and it is demonstrated that they are the photoproducts of G-Ac2O-GMP and A-Ac2O-AMP. Furthermore, A-Ac2O-AMP shows the cross-reactivity with T-DNA bases, which suggests that its photoproducts exist in the formed photoadduct with T-DNA bases. The maximum amount of photoadducts with nucleic acid bases found in the present experiment is in the order guanine much greater than thymine = cytosine = adenine much greater than 2′-deoxyguanosine much greater than 7-deaza-guanine = 1,N6-etheno-2′-deoxyadenosine. In the case of ribose, the order is as follows: ribose much greater than C-glucosyl ribose = ADP much greater than ATP much greater than cytidine 5′-monophosphate.Seizure Intensity, Location, and Sleep Before Seizure in Patients With Epilepsy.
In the presence of the 2014 International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) definition of epilepsy, some partial epilepsies are classified as idiopathic (present since birth), and/or are a part of early epileptogenesis. The aim of this study is to analyze the association between seizure frequency, location, and sleep before seizure in patients with epilepsy, and determine whether there is a correlation

How to serve Static content in Express/Nodejs
I want to serve static content in Express. The problem is Express doesn’t have a built-in solution to serve static content. I had been using Connect middleware.
I had no experience with NPM as well as Express before. My repository contains ~500+ folders.
Is there any better way to serve static content with Express than using Connect middleware.
Express has middleware like this, you can use it to redirect requests to static files.
